Oppa Noppa is a small desktop app that streams and downloads anime from the open web. Pick a show, it finds the best mirror, and hands you a proper player with resume, Chromecast, AirPlay, and offline playback. No subscriptions, no ads, no region locks.
Type a title and Oppa Noppa queries a rotating set of public providers in parallel, ranks the mirrors by speed and quality, and starts playing the best one. When a source dies, it silently falls through to the next — you never see a dead link.
Flick any episode to the TV. Built-in HLS proxy transcodes on the fly so receivers don't choke.
One click saves an episode. Watch it inside the app with no network — or reveal in Finder and take it with you.
Picks up exactly where you stopped. Optional AniList login auto-marks episodes watched at 85%.
No trackers, no banner network, no account required. The app never phones home.
Or browse the home shelves — trending, seasonal, your library, "because you watched…". Every show has a detail page with seasons, arcs, and a full episode list.
Oppa Noppa queries a rotating list of public providers, picks the best mirror by resolution and response time, and starts playing. If one source dies, it quietly moves to the next.
Stream in the app, cast to the TV, or download for offline. Progress saves to your library and — if you're logged in — syncs to AniList.
Free, open, no nag screens. Install it and point it at the shows you actually want to watch.
